UpSouth LLC was built upon the principles of hard work and dedication to the unique craft of preserving history. Founder and graduate of the American College of Building Arts, Eddie Stroud oversees every UpSouth project from start to finish. As a native Charlestonian, Eddie has an eye for Lowcountry style and has worked on many historic renovation projects in South and North Carolina.
At UpSouth, our #1 goal is to breathe new life into each historic building we encounter by staying true to its original structure. In addition to our historic preservation and masonry offerings, our team is certified in constructing new additions.
